1. Using this site
This website lets you browse Shan Crown's services and submit a booking or quote request. Submitting a request is not a confirmed appointment — see How It Works for the full process.
2. Requests are not contracts
A booking or quote request is reviewed by our team before anything is scheduled. No work is agreed, and no payment is due, until availability and scope are confirmed directly with you.
3. Pricing shown on this site
Estimates shown on service pages are starting ranges for standard jobs. The final price is agreed with you before work begins, based on the actual scope involved.
4. Accounts
You don't need an account to submit a booking or quote request on this site.
5. Liability
Shan Crown technicians carry out work with reasonable care and skill. Where something goes wrong with completed work, see the Service Guarantee page for how it's put right.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect how the service works. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when that last happened.
